Policies and Standards
We have a clear vision for the future - to be the greenest brewer and employer in the FMCG sector in Bulgaria, adding value to our people, partners and consumers through our iconic brands and inspiring innovations. We are constantly challenging ourselves to "grow" sustainably and by investing in technology and the development of our people, we improve our processes. It is important for us to work not only with a clear vision for the future, but also with an equal understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and necessary behavior that each of us must have in order to achieve the desired success. This determines the way our corporate policies and standards are created.
Code Of Professional Conduct
Working honestly and fairly is just as important as upholding our long-held values every day - striving for quality, respect and care for people and the planet, and fun. The Code of Professional Conduct sets out the way we must act as employees of ZAGORKA and part of the HEINEKEN family.
Personal integrity
Everything we do as a company or employees reflects who we are, what we believe in, and what we strive for. We must be independent and consistent in order to protect our reputation, the opportunity to do business, and to maintain the trust that stakeholders have in us.
Trade integrity
Wherever we develop our business, we treat people and the planet with the utmost care. As a results-driven company, we want to grow and maintain relationships with our partners with an excellent reputation. For us, this means strictly complying with the laws, as well as with the Code of Professional Conduct and its founding policies.
Responsibility to the company
Wherever we work and whatever our role, the company has entrusted us with its resources. We are fully aware that we have a duty to use and maintain these resources sparingly and professionally, in accordance with their value and purpose.
