Zagorka Brewery enters the second century of its operations in Stara Zagora.

Since the opening of the "Brewery" in 1902 by Dr. Kozhuharov, the brewery has become a symbol of the city, and Zagorka is the favorite beer of generations of Bulgarians. In 1994 Zagorka AD joined the global HEINEKEN family. Since then until today, for more than 20 years, over 133 million Euros have been invested in Zagorka AD for modernization of processes and increase of production capacity. Today the brewery in Stara Zagora is one of the most modern in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
